These terms govern your use of taleweaverweddings.in and, where relevant, your booking with Tale Weaver Weddings for photography and film services. By using this site or booking our services, you agree to the terms below. For your specific booking, the signed contract or quotation we share with you takes precedence over this general summary.

Bookings & Payment

A date is confirmed only once a retainer/advance (as agreed in your quotation) has been received. The remaining balance is due as outlined in your individual booking agreement. Prices quoted are specific to the discussed scope of work; changes to coverage, locations, or deliverables may affect the final price.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us as early as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability. Retainers paid to hold a date are generally non-refundable, as they compensate for turning away other enquiries for that date; exact cancellation terms are set out in your booking agreement.

Copyright & Usage Rights

Tale Weaver Weddings retains copyright over all photographs and films we create. Clients receive a personal-use licence to print, share, and post their delivered photos and films. We may also use images and films from your celebration for our portfolio, website, and social media, unless you request otherwise in writing.

Delivery

Delivery timelines for edited photos and films are communicated at the time of booking and can vary by season and package. We’ll keep you updated and share previews where possible.

Third-Party Vendors

Where we coordinate with venues, decorators, or other vendors on your behalf, we do so as a courtesy and are not responsible for their performance or any issues arising from their services.

Liability

While we take every care to deliver your photos and films, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as equipment failure, extreme weather, or venue restrictions) that limit what can be captured on the day. In the unlikely event of such circumstances, we will work with you in good faith on a fair resolution.

Website Use

Content on this website — including photos, films, and text — belongs to Tale Weaver Weddings and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan having jurisdiction over any disputes.
