# IllusionaryRealm Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the use of the service provided by taleweaverweddings.in (the “Service”), operated by Illusionary Realm (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.

 1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Our Services

2.1 Content Creation
We specialize in creating digital content including Photographs, Album, Wedding Films, social media posts, blogs, articles, and other wedding content. This encompasses content strategy development and execution as well as content editing and optimization.

2.2 Wedding Photography & Videography
Our services primarily focus on capturing wedding photographs and videos for our clients. We then deliver data to our clients in a pre determined format, if not defined then only raw data will be shared.

2.3 Photography & Videography
We offer professional photo shoots, video production and editing, event photography and videography, product photography, Ads, and corporate photography and videography.

3. Service Terms and Delivery

3.1 Business Hours and Availability
Our regular business hours are from **11:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST**. Consultations and meetings can be scheduled by appointment only. For events and shoots that require after-hours services, prior arrangement is necessary. We reserve the right to refuse any project at our discretion.

3.2 Service Area
Our primary service area is **Jaipur, Rajasthan**, though we are available for projects throughout India. Travel assignments can be accepted with additional terms and conditions. For projects outside Jaipur:
– Additional charges will apply for travel, accommodation, and logistics.
– Minimum project value requirements may apply.
– Additional time required for planning and execution.

4. Booking and Confirmation

4.1 Project Confirmation
A project is considered confirmed only after receiving a 50% advance payment. Tentative bookings are not guaranteed and dates may be released to other clients without an advance payment.

4.2 Cancellation Policy
For cancellations:
– Free cancellation is allowed if the scheduled shoot date is at least 30 days away, provided no preparatory work has begun.
– Charges will apply for cancellations within 30 days of the shoot date or any preparatory work already completed.
– Cancellation charges are calculated based on the hours of work completed and resources allocated.
– Advance payments may be partially refunded at our discretion.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Fee Structure
We require a 50% advance payment to secure your booking, with the remaining 50% due by the day of shoot. We accept several payment methods including cash, UPI, and bank transfers. Additional charges apply for:
– Travel outside Jaipur.
– Accommodation costs.
– Transportation and logistics expenses.
– Special equipment requirements.
– Rush delivery requests.
– Amount of time invested in travelling.

5.2 Seasonal Pricing
Our prices are subject to increase during peak seasons such as wedding season, festival periods, and major events. Early booking is recommended to secure our standard rates. Confirmed bookings will be honored at agreed prices.

6. Revision and Edit Policy

6.1 Standard Rates
Base editing rate: INR 1,500 per hour for color grading work and basic editing. Special rates apply for animation work, VFX work, and complex editing requirements. A minimum of 2-hour charge applies.

6.2 Revision Terms
– The initial edit is included in the project cost only when mentioned in the quotation.
– Additional revisions are charged at hourly rates.
– Revision requests must be clear, specific, and submitted in writing to minimize back-and-forth communication.
– Rush revisions are subject to additional charges based on current workload.

7. Data Storage and File Delivery

7.1 Data Backup
Clients are required to provide their own hard drives for backup storage. While we maintain backup copies, we do not guarantee data safety in case of hardware failure nor are we liable for data loss due to system crashes. We strongly recommend clients maintain their own backups.

7.2 File Delivery
Clients must specify the required file formats before project commencement. Supported delivery formats include JPEG, RAW, TIFF, MP4, and MOV among others. Format conversion after delivery may incur additional charges.

8. Equipment and Technical Issues

8.1 Equipment Protection
We take utmost care of all equipment; however, we are not liable for:
– Equipment malfunction during shoots.
– Data loss due to card/device failure.
– Equipment damage due to weather conditions.
– Theft or loss of equipment at locations.
– Technical failures beyond our control.

8.2 Client Liability
The client is liable for equipment damage caused by:
– Guests or staff.
– Unsafe shooting conditions provided by the client.
– Mishandling by unauthorized persons.
Damage charges will be based on repair/replacement costs.

9. Weather and Force Majeure

9.1 Weather-Related Terms
Outdoor shoots are subject to weather conditions. Rescheduling terms:
– Free if notified 24 hours prior.
– Same-day rescheduling is subject to availability.
Adverse conditions include heavy rain, extreme temperatures, poor visibility, and unsafe conditions. Client’s insistence on proceeding in adverse weather releases us from quality guarantees.

9.2 Force Majeure
We are not liable for failures or delays due to:
– Natural disasters.
– Political unrest.
– Health emergencies.
– Transportation strikes.
– Other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

10.1 Content Rights
We retain the rights to display our work in our portfolio, share on social media platforms, and use for marketing purposes. Clients receive usage rights as specified in the project agreement.

10.2 Trademark Protection
“IllusionaryRealm” is a registered trademark. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
